- Grace Sun Added 2017-10-31★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Poor Service in this branch. The advisor did not make a full explaination of the requirements about the account I opened for the 300 Bouns. Finnally, I had thought i got my bonus, but there is nothing in it. The service representive said i did not see the booklet I have.....If you guys had not provided a advisor help me, i would look at this stupid booklet. what's the advisor use for..... i wasted my time to talk with her, why.....cause i need help, i need the explaination. the service in this branch is totally piss me off.
